Includes up to 3 standard household bags per visit (2 visits per month).
Additional bags available for $5 each.
Bags must be placed curbside and fully accessible by 8:00 PM the evening prior to pickup.
Billed monthly on the 1st. Cancel before next billing date to avoid renewal.

We accept up to three standard garbage bags per visit. This includes regular household waste and kitchen scraps. Please note that we cannot collect hazardous materials, construction waste, or large electronics.
What time should I have my bags at the curb?
Bags should be placed at the curb by 8:00 PM the evening before your scheduled pickup day. Our teams operate between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM to ensure all neighbourhood routes are completed efficiently.
How does the recurring off-week service work?
We follow the city's schedule and visit on the weeks they don't, ensuring you never have an overflow. Recurring service is billed automatically on a monthly basis, with total control to skip or cancel any time.
Do you provide garbage bags or bins?
Homeowners provide their own standard-sized bags. We recommend high-quality bags to prevent tears. We do not provide bins, and we ensure the curb area is left clean after every successful pickup.
